Ingredients
 

Bean soup with meat

  • Rapeseed oil to taste
  • 500 g Minced meat, mixed
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic, smoked
  • 400 g Bobby beans
  • 3 piece Potatoes
  • Oregano to taste
  • Sweet peppers to taste
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 750 ml Water
  • 150 ml Cream
  • Parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put rapeseed oil in a saucepan, heat. Mix in the minced meat and fry for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Peel and chop shallot and clove of garlic. Wash the potatoes, also peel them into small cubes. Clean the bobby beans and cut the ends diagonally, cut larger ones in half.
  • After frying, add onion and garlic cubes, bobby beans, potato cubes, oregano, sweet pepper and sweat the whole thing. Then pour the water on and pour in the cream. Salt, pepper and then downshift.
  • Close the lid and simmer for a quarter of an hour. Then remove and cook openly for another 5 minutes. Chop the parsley and sprinkle in it. Possibly season the bean soup with meat again. Then transfer to deep plates and serve.
