Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g chocolate (milk)
- 30 g meringue(s)
- 4 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml egg liqueur
- 250 ml sweet cream

First, chop the chocolate and meringue into small pieces. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks, vanilla seeds, and 50g of sugar for about 10 minutes until light and creamy. Then add the egg liqueur. Beat the egg whites with 50g of sugar until stiff. Whip the cream as well. Fold both, along with the chocolate and meringue, into the egg yolk mixture. Pour the mixture into a lined 25cm loaf pan. Freeze at least overnight before serving.
