Michi’s Christmas Pumpkin Dessert

- 450 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 Apple Elstar
- 0,5 Lemon fruit juice
- 3 tbsp Orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tbsp Chopped walnuts
- 1 pinch Cinammon
- 1 pinch Ginger bread spice
- 1 kl. piece Grated ginger
- 6 tbsp Sugar brown
- Cut the turmeric into thin slices and cook in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes. Cut the apple into thin slices as well. Put in a bowl with the pumpkin. Add lemon juice, orange liqueur, walnuts, raisins and spices and let stand covered for about 1 hour.
- 6 Prepare fire-proof molds and distribute the dessert in them. Sprinkle with a spoonful of brown sugar and bake in the oven at 150 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
- Great as an accompaniment to crepes and / or ice cream.
