Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 250 ml grain

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 42 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 42 days 40 minutes

Thinly peel the lemon zest and place it in a saucepan with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Split the vanilla pod, add it to the remaining ingredients, except for the vanilla pod, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the vanilla pod and strain the liquid through a sieve. Let the liqueur cool and bottle. Seal and let it steep for 6 weeks. The liqueur has 2033 kcal.
