Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 130 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 pinches of baking powder
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • possibly cinnamon powder for dusting or nougat

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

quick and easy to make

Beat the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, flour, and baking powder and mix thoroughly again until a smooth batter forms. Now add the cocoa powder and sprinkle with cinnamon (to taste). Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. You can then sprinkle the muffins with any desired topping or drizzle with melted nougat.
