Christmas pancakes with cinnamon

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

My friend’s self-developed recipe

Combine flour and milk. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in eggs and salt. Stir cinnamon into the batter to taste (we use about 1 tablespoon). Heat oil in a pan and fry the pancakes. PS: We like these pancakes so much, we don’t even need any spread!
