Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 orange(s), peel
  • 2 apples, peels
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 5 tbsp black tea, loose
  • 1 tbsp cloves, whole
  • 2 star anise, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Peel the oranges and apples. Cut the peels into small pieces and dry them in a preheated oven at 70°C for 1-2 hours. Wrap the cinnamon stick in kitchen paper and carefully break it into small pieces with a hammer. Crumble the star anise with your hands. Mix everything in a bowl with the black tea and cloves. Store in a glass jar or plastic bag (200 ml capacity).
