Ciabatta Pizza

The perfect ciabatta pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium size Egg
  • 1 Can Tuna (in oil)
  • 200 g Ciabatta
  • 125 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 g Salad mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • 60 g Tomatoes
  • 40 g Pickled olives, pitted
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • Fresh thyme
  1. Cook the egg in boiling water for about 8-10, chill, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Drain the tuna. Halve the ciabatta lengthways and cut each half into 4 triangles. Mix the creme fraiche and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the ciabatta triangles with it. Eight the tomatoes. Halve the olives. Top the ciabatta with tuna, egg slices, tomatoes and olives, grate the cheese and sprinkle over it.
  4. Baked in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 10-12 minutes. Pluck the thyme from the stems. Serve garnished with thyme and olives if you like.
