Ciabatta Pizza
The perfect ciabatta pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium size Egg
- 1 Can Tuna (in oil)
- 200 g Ciabatta
- 125 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 50 g Salad mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 60 g Tomatoes
- 40 g Pickled olives, pitted
- 150 g Gouda cheese
- Fresh thyme
- Cook the egg in boiling water for about 8-10, chill, peel and cut into slices.
- Drain the tuna. Halve the ciabatta lengthways and cut each half into 4 triangles. Mix the creme fraiche and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the ciabatta triangles with it. Eight the tomatoes. Halve the olives. Top the ciabatta with tuna, egg slices, tomatoes and olives, grate the cheese and sprinkle over it.
