Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g almond sticks
- 50 g raisins
- 2 apples
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 100 ml water
- 500 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- possibly honey, as required

quick, light dessert
Roast the almonds in a nonstick pan without fat until light brown. Then add the raisins. Peel, quarter, core, and thinly slice the apples. Add them to the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Fry briefly, stirring frequently. Then add a little water and simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed. Fill 4 dessert bowls with yogurt, spoon the apple and cinnamon mixture over them, and serve immediately. Sweeten with a little honey, if desired.
