Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp rum
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour, type 405
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until creamy, then gradually stir in the other ingredients. Bake in a croissant iron.
