Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 260 g flour
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 280 ml milk
  • 120 g margarine
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

(Basic recipe)

Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a muffin tin. Then, combine all the liquid ingredients and all the non-liquid ingredients separately. Combine both mixtures and stir. This basic batter can be used to bake countless types of muffins. Simply add the other ingredients, such as cocoa, coconut, or fruit, to the batter. The muffins need to be baked for about 20 minutes.
