- 8 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 125 g brown sugar
- 700 ml brandy

Squeeze the orange and pour the juice, without the pulp, into a clean bottle. Add the cinnamon sticks (6-8 per serving) and the sugar, and pour in the brandy. Close the bottle tightly and let it rest for four weeks. Pour the liqueur through a sieve lined with cheesecloth into a dark bottle. Close the bottle carefully, store it away from light, and consume the liqueur within one year.
