Cinnamon-raisin-nut bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 60 g raisins
  • 60 g nuts (e.g. hazelnuts), ground
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 350 g flour (type 1050)
  • ½ pack of yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

In the bread maker for 750 g

Add all ingredients one at a time to the BBA, always starting with the liquids. Set the program to “Sweet Bread” or “Regular Bread.”
