Cinnamon rolls in caramel sauce

Combine milk, egg, flour, sugar, salt, 5 teaspoons of margarine (or butter), and yeast to form a dough and let it rise slightly. Melt 85g of margarine (or butter) in a saucepan, add 125g of brown sugar and ice, and bring to a boil. Pour the caramel into a greased baking dish. Roll out the yeast dough into a rectangle, spread with softened margarine (or butter), sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, roll up, and cut into about 12 rolls. Place the cinnamon rolls in the caramel sauce and let rise for another 45 minutes. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 175°C (350°F), until the rolls are golden brown. Enjoy warm.
