Cinnamon rolls with icing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of HENGLEIN Fresh Yeast Dough
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g sugar, brown or white
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Moist cinnamon rolls – a simple and quick recipe.

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Remove the yeast dough from the refrigerator and roll it out using the enclosed baking paper. Mix the butter, warmed to room temperature, with the cinnamon and sugar and brush the dough with it. Roll the dough tightly from the long side and cut into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Place the rolls on the provided baking paper and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes until golden brown. For the icing, mix sifted powdered sugar with a little water until smooth. Pour the icing over the cooled cinnamon rolls.
