Cinnamon sour cream cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) lemonade (Fanta)
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 750 g cream
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

For the cake batter, combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, Fanta flour, and baking powder and spread onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes and let cool. Whip the cream and cream stiffener. Combine the sour cream, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice and gently stir into the cream mixture. Spread the mixture onto the cooled batter. Combine approximately 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (amount to taste) and sprinkle over the sour cream and cream.
