Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 10 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g meat sausage (or turkey sausage if you like)
- 1 can/n peas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 bag of spice mix (salad seasoning with spring herbs)
- Parsley (fresh or dried)
- 500 g bell pepper(s), in all colors
- 2 apples, peeled
- 250 g pasta (cooked pasta)
- 250 g cucumber(s) (pickles)
- 4 tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Cut the sausage, bell peppers, apples, and pickles into small cubes. Chop the tomatoes. Mix the pasta with all the other ingredients. The salad topping is simply tossed in; do not dress with oil and vinegar. Let it sit for a short while. Tip: Use a large bowl! This also applies to prep!
