Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 175 g sugar
- 200 g butter, soft
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- ⅛ liter cream
- 1 tbsp rum
- Fat for the waffle iron

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until fluffy. Stir in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Add the rum. Chill for 1 hour. Bake in batches in a preheated and greased waffle iron.
