Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml coffee
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 180 ml sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the chocolate with the boiling coffee. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then gradually beat in the eggs. Stir in the chocolate mixture. Fold in the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, along with the sour cream. Bake for approximately 60 minutes.
