Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 grapefruit(s), pink
- 1 orange(s), for squeezing
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 head of lettuce (romaine lettuce)
- 30 g almond(s), flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fillet the grapefruit with a sharp knife. Set the fruit segments aside and collect the juice. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the grapefruit juice. Boil with the honey in a small saucepan over low heat until syrupy. Let cool. Mix with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Wash the lettuce, spin dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Mix the citrus sauce and lettuce. Place the lettuce on plates and arrange the grapefruit segments on top. Sprinkle the almond flakes on top.
