  • 250 ml Cream
  • 5 piece Egg yolk
  • 100 g Sugar

  • 190 g Sugar
  • 65 g Flour
  • 500 ml Cream
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 3 piece Bananas
  • 20 g Butter
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 100 g Chocolate
  • 50 g Almonds

  1. For the vanilla ice cream, bring the milk with the pulp of the vanilla pod to the boil. Beat the cream with the egg yolk on the water bath, add the vanilla milk. Put the measurements in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.

  1. For the clafoutis, mix the eggs and sugar together well. Mix in the flour and cream. Add the vanilla pulp. Peel the bananas in cubes and cut them with a little butter in the pan and cook until golden. Pour banana, raspberries and chocolate into each of the molds. Pour the dough on top and bake in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 170 ° C. Serve the finished vanilla ice cream.
