Clafoutis Au Chévre
The perfect clafoutis au chévre recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Eggs (L)
- 150 g Flour
- 200 Milliliters Cream 30% fat
- 250 Milliliters Milk
- 380 g Goat camembert
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Eggs in a bowl with the whisk until frothy
- Add flour and keep stirring
- Add the cream and keep stirring
- Add milk and continue stirring
- Add salt, pepper and 2/3 of the chives and keep stirring
- Let everything rest for at least half an hour. The longer the better.
- Grease a tart pan or, if necessary, a springform pan with soft butter.
- Slice the goat cheese and cover the bottom of the pan with it.
- Pour the mixed omelette mixture over it and sprinkle with the rest of the chives.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat
- Bake on the middle rack for 45 minutes.
