Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s), peeled, halved and pitted
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 onion(s), red
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 3 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the cucumber halves into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the bell pepper into strips, the tomatoes into quarters, and the onion into half rings. Combine everything in a large bowl and mix gently. Cut the cheese into approximately 2 cm cubes or roughly crumble it between your fingers. Add it to the other ingredients along with the olives. Combine the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano, then slowly stir in the olive oil. Drizzle over the vegetables.
