Ingredients for 12 servings:

- 60 g sugar
- 60 g butter (room temperature)
- 125 g flour
- 75 g yogurt, strawberry or forest fruit
- ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
- 125 g strawberries, fresh
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Whisk together the egg, milk, yogurt, and butter, then add the sugar, flour, and baking powder to form a batter. Mix the strawberries with the lemon juice and stir in. Fill muffin tins about two-thirds full with the batter and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
