Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cheese, grated
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the baking powder using a hand mixer until very stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks, cheese, salt, and cream cheese thoroughly until smooth. Carefully fold the stiff peaks into the egg yolk mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the egg mixture into 6 equal portions on the baking sheet. Bake the rolls for about 15-25 minutes, until golden brown. Be sure to let them cool slowly in the oven, otherwise they may collapse.
