Coconut Almond Cookies
The perfect coconut almond cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 ml. Sweetened condensed milk
- 70 g Desiccated coconut
- 100 g Chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar, homemade
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Place on a baking sheet of baking paper and remove some of the mixture with a spoon, place on the baking paper and just flatten it very lightly. The biscuits take up a lot of space, they run out a bit.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees, fan-assisted, for approx. 20 minutes until they are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet and then remove from the baking paper. Makes 12 pieces.
