a delicious pick-me-up

Prepare the coffee about 2 hours before use. I simply make regular filter coffee (pour 1 heaped tablespoon of coffee into 300 ml of hot water), but you can also use espresso. Let the coffee cool and then refrigerate. Peel the banana and cut it into thick slices. Place the banana slices in the freezer for about 2 hours until frozen solid. Blend all ingredients with a blender, smoothie maker, or hand blender until creamy. Blend for 2-3 minutes to give the iced coffee a great consistency! Divide the iced coffee between 2 glasses and enjoy immediately. I usually drink the whole batch on my own because it’s so delicious! A completely different kind of pick-me-up!
