Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil
  • Vanilla, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix everything together and spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then slice. Delicious! Enjoy.
