- 250 g butter
- 350 g flour
- 5 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g desiccated coconut
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Children can help a lot
Make a dough from the first four ingredients and chill for one hour. Then form thin rolls, cut off pieces, and shape into balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes; the cookies should still be light in color. Dust with powdered sugar while still hot. Children can easily help with this recipe, for example, by forming balls.
