Cake with ham and olives

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 75 g olives, black, pitted, coarsely chopped
  • 125 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

spicy – also delicious with homemade sausage

Mix everything into a dough and pour into a greased springform pan or loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. The ingredients can be altered as desired: Instead of cooked ham, you can also use salami or homemade pressed sausage, and instead of olives, you can use pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, or peppers.
