Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 package desiccated coconut
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the first six ingredients (eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and buttermilk) and mix to form a batter. Spread everything onto a prepared rimmed baking sheet. Mix the desiccated coconut, vanilla sugar, and sugar and sprinkle evenly over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and, while still hot, spread two cups of unwhipped cream over the cake.
