Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • n. B. Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the vanilla sugar and coconut flakes. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift over the cake. Slowly add the milk and mix well. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
