Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of cider
  • stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 3 carnations
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 apples
  • brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the cider with the sugar, spices, and lemon juice. Core the apples and slice them into rings. Place one apple ring into each glass and add 2 cl of brandy. Top up with hot cider.
