Coconut Cake with Heart

Ingredients
 

  • Cake 1
  • 215 g Sugar
  • 340 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,5 cup Fanta
  • 0,5 cup Sunflower oil
  • Food coloring red
  • Cake 2
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 230 ml Coconut milk
  • Topping cake 2
  • 150 g Desiccated coconut
  • 75 g Sugar
  • After baking
  • 1 cup Cream

Instructions
 

  • 1) Mix all ingredients for cake 1 into a dough. Line a large loaf pan with baking paper and bake the cake at 190C for 60 minutes. (Ingredients for cake1: sugar,, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, eggs, Fanta, Ö, food coloring)
  • 2) Let the cake cool on a wire rack. And cut into slices of the same size. Cut out a heart on each piece.
  • 3) Make the batter for cake 2. Line the loaf pan with baking paper again and pour some batter into the pan. Press the hearts together as closely as possible and place them in the center of the mold. Cover with batter. (Ingredients for cake2: flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, coconut milk)
  • 4) Mix desiccated coconut and sugar and spread on the cake. Bake at 200C for 30min (make a stick test!)
  • 5) Let the cake cool on a wire rack. As long as the cake is hot, pick many extinguishers with a toothpick and spread the cream on it with a spoon.
