Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g butter
- 3 large eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 180 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp rum
- 50 g chocolate, dark or milk chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
For 12 pieces
Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and continue creaming for about 5 minutes. Mix the desiccated coconut with the rum, cut the chocolate into pieces, and add to the foam mixture. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
