Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g cornflakes

Coconut crisps
Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and beat vigorously until the sugar is dissolved. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir into the sugar and egg mixture, one spoonful at a time. Mix in the desiccated coconut, then fold in the cornflakes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small balls (2 cm in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them (8 cm) apart. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 8-10 minutes.
