Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 120 g honey
- 80 g date(s), dried
- e.g. orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the oats in a food processor and mix with the desiccated coconut. Blend the dates in a food processor until smooth and add to the flakes. Stir in the honey with a hand mixer and add the orange juice until all ingredients are combined. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Cut into bars while still hot and let cool.
