Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large banana(s), ripe
- 100 g oat flakes, wholemeal
- 50 g date(s), dried
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- possibly coconut flakes if required
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork until it forms a puree. Cut the dates into small rings. Mix the banana puree with the oats and egg, stir in the dates, and finally add salt and cinnamon (I simply mix everything with a fork). Tip: If you like, you can also mix in some coconut flakes for a slightly exotic touch. Using a tablespoon, shape the dough into about 10 large cookies and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until the cookies have turned slightly dark. Let cool. The whole mixture has about 800 kcal. So, if you make 10 cookies, one cookie has about 80 kcal.
