Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of cookies (egg cookies)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pack of coconut flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the mascarpone, sour cream, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture on one cookie and place another on top to form a “burger.” Repeat this process with all the cookies. Pour the cream into a bowl and the coconut flakes into another bowl. Dip the finished “burgers” into the cream and then roll them in the coconut flakes. Let everything soak in thoroughly. Tip: It’s best to prepare them the day before serving so they’re well-seasoned.
