Simple, quick and also tastes good cold as a salad

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions. Cut the Cabanossi into thin slices and fry in a little hot oil in a pan. Dice the peppers, onions, and tomatoes and fry until browned. The pan should be very hot. To prevent burning, add a splash of water every now and then and toss. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan, add the mozzarella, and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It also tastes good cold as a pasta salad with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
