Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp lemon peel, untreated, grated
- 40 small wafers
- 50 g chocolate coating, dark or milk chocolate

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
makes about 40 pieces
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Slowly add the sugar and beat until the mixture is glossy. Stir in the desiccated coconut and lemon zest. Preheat the oven to 170°C. In the meantime, place the wafers on a baking sheet and drop the mixture onto them with a teaspoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and decorate with melted chocolate coating.
