Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 140 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then slowly beat in the sugar. Stir in the lemon juice and briefly stir in the desiccated coconut. Using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes at 120-150°C.
