- 400 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
- 200 ml water
- 100 g rice pudding
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 g sugar

vegan rice pudding variant
Cook the rice pudding with the coconut milk, water, and salt over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice pudding from sticking. Add the sugar at the end of the cooking time. Serve hot. It also tastes delicious cold. Note: This recipe is intended for people who love rice pudding and are lactose intolerant and/or have a milk protein allergy. It tastes only slightly different from regular rice pudding.
