Coconut-Orange Balls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g biscuits, vegan, crumbled
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 80 g margarine
  • ½ orange(s), juice and pulp (without seeds)
  • 80 g nuts, chopped
  • 60 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

for approx. 40 pieces

Combine the cookie crumbs and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Then add the margarine, orange mixture, and nuts. Mix the mixture well and then form it into balls about 3 cm in diameter with your hands. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut, place them on a baking sheet or large board, and refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up. Always keep the coconut balls refrigerated.
