Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • n. B. pumpkin seed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

I cut unpeeled apples and carrots into pieces that fit the opening of the juicer. I mix lemon juice and a dash of Styrian pumpkin seed oil into the resulting juice. Everyone should adjust the proportions to their own taste. I’ve also juiced red bell peppers, celery, and ginger. The only limits are your imagination.
