Coconut semolina porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Bring the milk and sugar to a boil. Stir in the semolina and desiccated coconut and whisk vigorously. Bring to a boil. When it bubbles, the porridge is ready. Tastes delicious hot or cold!
