Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 ml coconut water
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

low fat and high protein

Combine the low-fat curd cheese, coconut water, and soy milk in a container and stir with a milk frother (which is best) until smooth and slightly foamy. Then sweeten to taste and pour into a glass. The shake tastes best when well chilled.
