- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) cocoa powder (Kaba)
- 1 ½ cup(s) hazelnuts
- 1 ½ cup(s) desiccated coconut
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup(s) mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Make a simple batter; add the sparkling water last; choose the shape you like; after baking, cover with chocolate coating or dust with powdered sugar; baking time: approx. 60 minutes, temperature: approx. 175°C
