Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 40 g tomato paste
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 200 g sausage (poultry sausage), diced
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

my kids love it

Brown the potatoes in the oil over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the diced onion, sausage, and diced bell peppers. Fry briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and tomato paste and season with spices. Simmer for another 2 minutes and serve.
