Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tsp instant coffee
  • 1,200 ml cream, H-
  • 125 ml alcohol (90% vol.) from the pharmacy

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and instant coffee vigorously (approx. 3 minutes). Add the cream and alcohol and mix well. Pour into bottles and refrigerate. Use promptly.
